Summer Middle School Rowing Camp 
LGRC Boathouse • Lexington Reservoir

Participants:
  • Athletes entering the 6th, 7th and 8th Grade in the Fall of 2019
  • Rowers have completed a semester of LGRC's Middle-School Rowing Program.
  • Experienced coxswains may sign-up free of charge. 

Program
Description:

This camp will focus on preparing the athletes for the Middle School Program II, by building fitness, and developing technical abilities.  Athletes will engage in both coached water time and fitness training each week. The program will be led by the LGRC Coaching Staff.  Each coach will be responsible for 8-12 athletes per water session. 

Dates & Schedule:
  • June 25 - August 8 (7 weeks)
  • TWTh:1:30 - 3:30PM
