Participants:

- Ages 13-17 (must be entering the 9th grade or above in the Fall of 2020). If you participated in another LGRC camp this Summer, you must wait 14 days until you can participate in this camp.
- Rowers have completed a Summer Junior Learn to Row Camp or the Middle-School Rowing Program.

Program
Description:
|
This camp will focus on preparing the athletes for their Novice season, by building fitness, and developing technical abilities. Athletes will engage in both coached water time and fitness training each week. The program will be led by the LGRC Coaching Staff. Each coach will be responsible for 3-4 athletes per water session. Athletes will train in single sculls (single person boats).
