This Competitive Masters SDCC Co-ed Program is for preparing for the SDCC and for Spring/summer racing season. All lineups and coaching will be dictated by Coach Rudy

Program Description
|
The focus of the program will be on developing fitness and technique for SDCC and the Spring/ Summer Regattas.A significant portion of the program will include land training on the rowing ergometer to develop fitness and strength.The program may also include selection for lineups for upcoming regattas.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 5:30 -7:30am. Sunday from 5:45 - 7:45 am.
