Program Description
|
The program will focus on developing rowing technique in preparation for Fall head-style regattas. A significant portion of the sessions will emphasize skill development and rowing efficiency, including some ergometer (ERG) work to reinforce technical progress. Land-based training will also be incorporated to improve flexibility and build strength. Participation in head races may be considered based on interest from session participants, though racing is not required.
