Adults age 18 and older, no prior rowing experience necessary.

Program Description
|
Learn the fundamentals of sweep rowing (each rower has one oar). Each 2 hour session includes an hour introduction to rowing mechanics on the rowing machine on land, followed by an hour on the water using our rowing barge.
Participants must be able to swim (a swim waiver is required), and lift 30 pounds overhead. Please bring a signed Swim Waiver and 2025 US Rowing Waiver to the first meeting.
