Competitive Masters Fall Program

 

Target Audience

This program is for Competitive Masters Co-ed Program preparing for the Spring/Summer racing season.  All lineups and coaching will be dictated by Coach Jaime

Program Description

The focus of the program will be on preparing for the Fall Regatta Season. In the first week, athletes will be evaluated by Coach Jaime and he will determine which program best suits them.

Qualifications to be an athlete in my group:

1)   1,000m erg:
Women currently 50 and under:  1k at 4:15 (4 minutes and 15 seconds) or faster
Women currently over 50: 1k at 4:22 or faster
Women currently over 70: 1k at 4:38 or faster

Men currently 50 and under: 1k at 3:45 or faster
Men currently over 50: 1k at 3:52 or faster
Men currently over 70: 1k at 4:07 or faster


2) Technical Ability and Competitiveness Evaluation: Determined by Coaching Staff


There will be an additional erg work-out each week. If we do not have competitive coxswains, program participants will row in coxless boats.

DO NOT come to practice if you feel sick.
