Middle School 1 Rowing (MSP1) Information & Registration

Qualification:  Enrolled in the 7th or 8th Grade in the Fall of 2020. No previous experience required
Dates:  Saturday, September 12 - Sunday, November 15, 2020
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, Noon- 2pm
LGRC Boathouse, Lexington Reservoir

Cost: 600.00

The MSP1 Rowing Program is a non-competitive program for all 7th and 8th grade athletes regardless of previous experience.  The program meets twice a week for 2 hours and is 10 weeks long.  There is a fall session and a spring session. Athletes will row in single sculls (single person rowing shells).  This program has limited enrollment and fills up quickly.


 

9/10/13 - 11/10/13 -> 10 weeks, 20 sessions
T&Th from 4 - 6PM
Grades 6 - 8
Coaching staff TBD but a subset of the existing
Slots: 18 total but a waitlist will start when full.
Two sessions Fall and Spring (Spring will start in March)
Cost $400
Volunteer hour requirement - 4 hours with a $100 buyout optional
No uniform or travel required
