The Board, made up of volunteers, whose main purpose is to advance the moral, mental, and physical well being of young people in Los Gatos, and surrounding area by teaching and promoting amateur oarsmanship through the club's facilities and programs.
The board is made up of 15 directors, 10 of whom are active masters (adult) members and five of whom are parents of a junior rower, as well as a Booster Club President.
